This Privacy Policy describes how the Doberman Dog VIP: Style & Guard mobile application (the “App”, “we”, “us”) handles your information. We designed the App so that your personal content stays on your device. We do not sell your data, we do not show third-party advertising, and we collect only the minimum technical data needed for the App to function.
The App is a companion tool for dog owners. All of the content you create is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers:
Deleting the App from your device permanently deletes this data. We have no copy of it and cannot recover it for you.
The App requests access to your camera and photo library solely so you can take or choose photos of your dog for styling in the Portrait Salon. These permissions are optional — the App works without them, except for the photo features themselves. Photos are processed and stored only on your device and are never transmitted to us or to any third party.
To operate core functionality, the App exchanges a small amount of technical data with our servers:

The App also periodically fetches a remote configuration file from our server so we can adjust App settings without releasing an update. This request does not include any of your personal content.
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise or approximate location, advertising identifiers, or browsing history. The App contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
Your content (profiles, logs, photos, progress) is kept only on your device, for as long as you keep the App installed. We do not maintain server-side records about you: the technical data described in Section 3 is used to serve each request and is not stored in a user profile.
We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data. Technical data described in Section 3 is shared only with the hosting provider required to run the service, strictly for the purposes described above.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
The App communicates with our servers exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections. Because your content never leaves your device, the primary safeguard for it is your device's own protection (passcode, Face ID / Touch ID).
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/EEA under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. Since we do not store any personal data about you on our servers, the practical exercise of these rights is simple: all of your content can be removed by uninstalling the App, and you can contact us with any request at the address below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at the address where you are reading this, with the effective date shown at the top. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or in the App Store release notes.
